AI Growth copilot

Kickstart your project and get real users.

Not a dashboard to babysit.

One move at a time, picked from 200+ growth plays and matched to where your project actually is.

How does the loop work?

The loop is one short cycle the copilot runs with you, one move at a time. It replaces the 50-item growth checklist with a single diagnosed move, shipped and graded.

  1. Check in. You answer a short check-in about what happened since your last move: what you shipped, what you learned, and what your numbers did.
  2. Stage diagnosis. The copilot reads your real project data and places you at the earliest growth stage whose exit criterion you have not met.
  3. One move. You get exactly one concrete move, with a clear quality bar. Not a list of ten ideas.
  4. Report back. You tell the copilot what you actually did, in your own words, including what did not get done.
  5. Graded verdict. You get an honest grade on the result, and the next move builds on what you learned. The next move always comes from the next check-in.

What stage is my project actually in?

The copilot diagnoses one of four growth stages, and it always places you at the earliest stage whose exit criterion you have not met. Vanity metrics do not advance you.

Stage 1

No proven demand

Your job is talking to real target users, not launching.

Stage 2

Users but no retention signal

Your job is finding the activation moment and why people stay.

Stage 3

Faint pull

You have earned the right to distribute. Commit to one channel for 4 to 8 weeks.

Stage 4

A repeatable channel

Systematize what works, then test a second channel.

The full four-stage method, with diagnostic signals, quality bars, and exit criteria, is documented in the demand-maturity ladder methodology.

Why does it refuse to skip stages?

The no-skip rule means the copilot never prescribes a move from a later stage than the one your project is in.

It will not hand a Stage-1 project a marketing channel.

Distribution poured on a product nobody retains is wasted work. If you have not proven demand yet, the right move is a conversation with real users, not a launch thread.

How are moves graded?

A graded verdict is an honest read on whether your move worked, judged over two horizons: the next 7 days and the next 4 to 8 weeks.

Some moves show results within a week, like replies from user outreach. Others, like committing to a distribution channel, only prove out over 4 to 8 weeks. The dual horizon keeps a slow-burning move from being marked as a failure too early, and a lucky week from being mistaken for a repeatable channel.

Where do the moves come from?

"What works" is a curated, anonymized library of moves that actually worked across comparable Awiser projects.

When the copilot recommends your move, it can draw on patterns from projects at the same stage that faced the same problem. Founders can browse the library in the "What works" tab of their copilot.

What will it not do?

The copilot is not a cheerleader. If the evidence says the honest move is a pivot or a stop, it will recommend a pivot or a stop.

Its success metric is stage progression, not logins. It does not reward streaks, does not celebrate vanity spikes, and would rather you ship one real move than open the app every day.

How much does it cost?

Your first moves are free, so you can run a full loop before paying anything. After that the copilot is $49.00 USD per month, billed monthly.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Awiser AI Growth Copilot?

The AI Growth Copilot is a growth advisor for early-stage builders, built into Awiser. It runs one loop at a time: you check in, it diagnoses which growth stage your project is actually in, it gives you exactly one concrete move, you report back, and it grades the result.

How does the loop work?

Five steps: (1) a short check-in about what happened since your last move, (2) an honest stage diagnosis based on your real data, (3) one canonical move for your stage with a clear quality bar, (4) a report-back where you say what you actually did, and (5) a graded verdict. The next move always comes from the next check-in, so the loop stays honest.

What are the four stages?

Stage 1: no proven demand. Your job is talking to real target users, not launching. Stage 2: users but no retention signal. Your job is finding the activation moment and why people stay. Stage 3: faint pull. You have earned the right to distribute; commit to one channel for 4 to 8 weeks. Stage 4: a repeatable channel. Systematize it, then test a second. The copilot always places you at the earliest stage whose exit criterion you have not met; vanity metrics do not advance you.

What is the "What works" library?

A curated, anonymized database of moves that actually worked across Awiser projects. When the copilot recommends a move, it can draw on what worked for comparable projects at the same stage, and founders can browse it in the "What works" tab.

How is this different from asking ChatGPT for growth advice?

The copilot refuses to flatter you. It diagnoses your stage from your project's first-party data, gives one move instead of ten ideas, enforces a quality bar, grades your report-back, and will not let you skip stages. Generic chatbots hand a stage-3 distribution answer to a stage-1 founder; the copilot will not.

Who is the copilot for?

Early-stage builders: solo founders and small teams before product-market fit.

Awiser is the builder network where founders show their skills, find collaborators, and grow their projects with an AI copilot.
